Harvest Wyoming is a multi-pronged effort to increase growth and consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables in Wyoming.  The project encompasses a wide range of activities – some of which will help Wyomingites learn which crops are in-season in Wyoming at various points in the growing season, easy ways to prepare them, and how to grow them in our challenging climate.
