The Red Reflet ranch is investing in fencing to keep deer and elk out of their hay fields. Come see the results, and learn about the costs vs. benefits of this project. The ranch is also growing teff for both hay and grazing. This warm season annual grass does well in this area and is a very good feed for cattle and horses.

The Master Gardeners of Natrona County have set the date for their annual Garden Gait – Garden Tours.  Currently there are 7 gardens on board to host the public in seeing their garden space.  This year the emphasis will be on gardens where food production is high on the priority list.  All of the Gardens are near South Poplar Street and most are west of Poplar Street in South Casper.
