She has been with CNP since May of 2006 and became the director in July 2014. Prior to joining the Cent$ible Nutrition Program, Mindy worked as a dietitian at Ivinson Memorial Hospital in Laramie, WY.  Mindy has an undergraduate degree in zoology and a master\u2019s degree in food science and human nutrition from the University of Wyoming.
