{"id":164,"date":"2019-02-26T22:19:21","date_gmt":"2019-02-26T22:19:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wyoextension.org\/carboncounty\/?page_id=164"},"modified":"2025-02-26T16:46:38","modified_gmt":"2025-02-26T23:46:38","slug":"2022-scholarships","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/wyoextension.org\/carboncounty\/4h-youth-development\/2022-scholarships\/","title":{"rendered":"2025 Scholarships"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Wyoming 4-H Foundation Scholarships &#8211; Due Feb 15th<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>one application for all scholarships<\/li>\n<li>past and present 4-H members in Wyoming<\/li>\n<li>Application: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wyoming4h.org\/4hfoundation\/scholarships\/\">https:\/\/www.wyoming4h.org\/4hfoundation\/scholarships\/<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Wyoming CattleWomen Scholarship &#8211; Due Feb 28th<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Female residents of Wyoming<\/li>\n<li>Enrolled full time in a certificate program, trade school, junior college, or university.<\/li>\n<li>Application: <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/y9SEwGZajsiTyPbR9\">Wyoming CattleWomen Scholarship Application<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Carbon County 4-H Foundation Scholarship \u2013 Due April 1st<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Past or present 4-H member.<\/li>\n<li>Attending any in or out of state accredited educational institution of higher learning on a full time basis.<\/li>\n<li>Application: <a href=\"https:\/\/wyoextension.org\/carboncounty\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/ccfoundation-schlrshp.doc\">Carbon County 4-H Foundation Scholarship Form<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Carbon County 4-H Foundation- Stallion Service Auction Scholarship \u2013 Due April 1st<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Any senior 4-H member (age 14-18 as of Jan 1<sup>st<\/sup> of current year) enrolled in Carbon County school who is or has been enrolled in the Carbon County horse program is eligible.<\/li>\n<li>This scholarship is to any college, university or trade school of the recipient\u2019s choice.<\/li>\n<li>Application: <a href=\"https:\/\/wyoextension.org\/carboncounty\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/horse-scholarship-1.rtf\">Horse Scholarship, Carbon County 4-H Foundation<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Carbon County Stock Grower\u2019s Association Scholarship \u2013 Due April 1st\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All applicants must have graduated (or equivalent) from a Carbon County high school.<\/li>\n<li>All applicants must attend a school of higher learning in Wyoming or bordering state.<\/li>\n<li>Open to: A) Any student enrolled in a field of agriculture &#8211; and\/or B) Immediate relatives of paid Carbon County Stock Grower members (to included sons, daughters, and grandchildren) wishing to study any field.<\/li>\n<li>Application: <a href=\"https:\/\/wyoextension.org\/carboncounty\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/CCSG-Scholarship.pdf\">CCSG Scholarship Application<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Wyoming Farm Bureau Federation Continuing Education Scholarship\u2013 Due March 1st<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be currently enrolled at a Wyoming Junior College, UW, a Wyoming trade school, an accredited virtual college or university as long as the student is a Wyoming resident and lives in Wyoming<\/li>\n<li>Entering college freshman or postsecondary education programs are NOT eligible. (see requirement directly above)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3.0 GPA, based on a 4.0 system.<\/li>\n<li>Under 21 be a current member or an immediate family member who is a current member of a Wyoming County Farm Bureau Federation (WyFB). 22 or older be a current member.<\/li>\n<li>The application and essay must be handwritten, all questions must be answered, and signatures must be signed.<\/li>\n<li>Failure to follow application requirements will result in disqualification.<\/li>\n<li>Application: https:<a href=\"https:\/\/wyoextension.org\/carboncounty\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/2025-WyFB-Scholarship_CONT-ED-APP_fillable-pdf.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2025 WyFB Scholarship_CONT ED APP_fillable pdf<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Wyoming Farm Bureau Scholarship &amp; WyFB Livingston Famly &#8211; H.J King Memorial Scholarship \u2013 Both\u00a0 Due March 1st\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide parent\u2019s Wyoming Farm Bureau Membership Number<\/li>\n<li>Returning college students or trade school students DO NOT qualify ( see the WyFB Continuing Education Scholarship)<\/li>\n<li>A graduating senior from high school in Spring 2025 OR<\/li>\n<li>A Wyoming high school graduate OR A Wyoming resident who, at the time of application submission, has successfully completed or will successfully complete their final semester of academic curriculum with a home school, charter school, virtual school, or GED program.<\/li>\n<li>Have at least a 3.00 cumulative grade point average, based on a 4.00 system. (Principal must sign to verify cumulative GPA)<\/li>\n<li>Attend an accredited college, university, or trade school<\/li>\n<li>The application and essay must be handwritten, all questions must be answered, and signatures must be signed.<\/li>\n<li>Failure to follow application requirements will result in disqualification.<\/li>\n<li>Application: https:<a href=\"https:\/\/wyoextension.org\/carboncounty\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/2025-WyFB-Scholarship_LIV-KING-WYFB-APP_fillable-PDF.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2025 WyFB Scholarship_LIV-KING-WYFB APP_fillable PDF<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Carbon County Ranch &amp; Farm Bureau Federation Scholarship<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>Due April 15th at 5:00 PM MST<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be a graduating high school senior or have a high school diploma or GED<\/li>\n<li>Be enrolled in or planning to attend a college, university, trade school, or<br \/>\nother continuing education program.<\/li>\n<li>Be 22 years old or younger as of January 1, 202<\/li>\n<li>Submit a fully completed application, including an essay (which may be handwritten or typed)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the application is received by mail, in person, or via email by<br \/>\n5:00 PM MST on April 15. Applications can be emailed to scholarship.ccrfb@gmail.com.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Application preference will be given to:\u00a0 <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Individuals who are or are children of Carbon County Ranch &amp; Farm Bureau Federation members.<\/li>\n<li>Individuals pursuing agriculture-related fields.<\/li>\n<li>Individuals who volunteered at the 2025 Carbon County Ranch and Farm Bureau Cowboy Ball<\/li>\n<li>Application: <a href=\"https:\/\/wyoextension.org\/carboncounty\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/CC-Ranch-and-Farm-Bureau-Scholarship-Application_2025.pdf\">CC Ranch and Farm Bureau Scholarship Application_2025<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Carbon County Commissioners Scholarships<\/strong>: &#8211; <strong>Due Last Friday in April\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Available to Students who plan on attending the University of Wyoming or any Wyoming Community College.<\/li>\n<li>Is not specific to graduating high school students.
