Their purpose is to unify and expand the 4-H club program in Carbon County, assist in planning the over-all 4-H program, and determine policies and regulations governing 4-H programs.<\/p>\n<p>They meet every two months at the Carbon County Extension Office in Rawlins, WY over dinner. Anyone who participates in or has a concern for the 4-H program is welcome to attend!
