Basil Salad Dressing

Yield: about 1 ½ cups

Ingredients:
2 cups fresh basil, remove stems and chopped fine
Good quality olive oil (about ½ cup)
1 head garlic (12 or more cloves) chopped fine
½ cup balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Place basil in a dressing container. Cover with olive oil, add garlic and balsamic vinegar. Shake well and enjoy on your favorite salad.

Note:
Can last in refrigerator for months! It's simple, tasty and lasts for a long time.
