Easy Chard Sauté

Yield: 2-4 servings

Ingredients:
1 bunch chard, washed and chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
5-6 mushrooms, chopped in large pieces- button or cremini work great
1 tablespoon olive oil
1-2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons chopped fresh ginger
½ teaspoon crushed red chili flakes (optional)

Directions:
Heat oil in large sauce pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic, ginger and chili flakes and sauté until just soft. Add chard and sauté until slightly wilted. Add mushrooms and cook for 3-5 minutes. Top with soy sauce. Cook 1 minute more. Serve immediately.
