Ingredients:
6 cups rolled oats
1 cup wheat bran
1 cup ground flax seed
1 cup wheat germ
½ cup chopped almonds
¼ cup walnuts or pecans
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup cooking oil
1 cup honey
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup dried fruit, such as raisins, cranberries, cherries etc.
