Ingredients:
1 bunch of kale
Olive oil
Salt
Directions:
Wash kale. Tear leaves into chip size pieces off stem and place in large bowl. Drizzle oil over kale and mix with hands until all pieces are evenly coated with a light layer of oil. Lay out kale pieces individually on baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt. Bake at 350F for 6-10 min. Be careful to watch chips, they can easily become over cooked.
Variations:
Use your imagination as far as seasonings! Sprinkle with your favorite seasoning, herb or salt. Drizzle with oil and honey for something sweet. Add parmesan cheese or soy sauce.
Notes:
Store in airtight container for 7-10 days (if they last that long!). If chips need to be re-crisped after storage pop them in the oven or toaster oven for just a minute.
