target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Epsilon Sigma Phi<\/a>\u00a0(ESP)<\/strong>\u00a0is the Extension professionals\u2019 organization and is dedicated to fostering standards of excellence in the Extension system and developing the Extension professional<\/li>\n \t<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nacdep.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">National Association of Community Development Extension Professionals<\/a>\u00a0(NACDEP)<\/strong>\u00a0is an organization dedicated to improving the visibility, coordination, professional status and resource base of community and economic development Extension programs and professionals.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nacaa.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">National Association of County Agricultural Agents<\/a>\u00a0(NACAA)<\/strong>\u00a0is a professional organization geared towards Extension educators and other professionals who work in agriculture related disciplines.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nae4ha.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">National Association of Extension 4-H Agents<\/a>\u00a0(NAE4-HA<\/strong>) is the professional\u2019s organization for those dedicated to promoting, strengthening, enhancing and advocating for the 4-H youth development profession.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.neafcs.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">National Extension Association of Family &amp; Consumer Sciences<\/a>\u00a0(NEAFCS)<\/strong>\u00a0educates and recognizes Extension professionals who improve the quality of life for individuals, families and communities.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wyoming4h.org\/wae4ha\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Wyoming Association of Extension 4-H Agents<\/a>\u00a0(WAE4-HA)<\/strong>\u00a0is the professional organization for Wyoming\u2019s 4-H agents. Membership is open to all University of Wyoming Extension personnel who are interested in 4\/H\/Youth Development.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.uwyo.edu\/uwe\/esp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Wyoming Chapter of Epsilon Sigma Phi<\/a>\u00a0(ESP)<\/strong>\u00a0Epsilon Sigma Phi is the national association for all extension professionals and administrators and is the largest professional Extension organization. It is not tied to any specific discipline: its aims are to support each educator as they develop in their career. It provides scholarships, conferences, and opportunities for recognition and leadership.<\/li>\n \t<li>Wyoming Association of Community Development Extension Professional Community Development is both a profession and a way of approaching community problems using a common set of values and practices. It focuses on\u00a0<em>process<\/em>\u00a0with an emphasis on the role of community members. Communities are groups of people who share a place, an interest, or an identity. WACDEP is the state chapter of the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nacdep.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">national organization<\/a>.
