Livestock

This track encompasses a wide range of topics, including backyard poultry and beekeeping, food preservation, and livestock health. Whether you’re raising animals for food or fun, these sessions offer essential tools for humane, efficient, and productive animal management.

Growing Things

Get your hands dirty and dig into practical gardening knowledge. From high tunnel gardening to native pollinator support, this track explores how to grow food and flowers in Wyoming's unique climate. Perfect for beginners and seasoned gardeners alike.

Hands on Canning

Roll up your sleeves and dive into the essential skill of home canning. In this interactive, hands-on session, you'll learn safe water bath canning techniques step-by-step—from prep to seal. Walk away with the knowledge (and confidence) to preserve your harvest at home.
