Horse Paperwork

If youth plan to learn and compete with a horse they do not own, they must complete a lease agreement and turn it into the 4-H office.
ID – Due 5/1
The horse ID is the top section on the ID/Safety Certification paperwork below and must be completed & turned in by 5/1.

Safety Certification – Due 7/1
Needs to be completed for each horse a youth intends to learn and compete with, good for as long as youth is 4-H age.
