Description:
This soils map of Albany County, Wyoming, depicts process-based soil categories found in the area. The map was generated primarily for a statewide study of groundwater vulnerability to pesticide contamination. It provides a generalized description of soils within Albany County, showing them to be highly variable.There are three appendixes dealing with soil moisture and temperature regimes, descriptions of soil orders, and soil data layer discussion rules.
