Carbon County Library System Seed Library

The seed library at the Carbon County Library System (CCLS) main branch in Rawlins offers vegetable, fruit, herb, and flower seeds, free of charge. The seed library, which operates early spring through summer, is a joint program of the CCLS and University of Wyoming Extension.
