Dandelion Farm and Floral

In-season cut flowers and floral designs; in-season fruits, vegetables, and herbs; and farm-fresh eggs year-round. Owner Teresa Tibbets also offers workshops on flower production and floral design.

“It means a lot to me to grow sustainably and provide fresh flowers and produce for the community. It’s a great way to connect with people, and the local food movement helps to strengthen our economy,” she says.

Tibbets and her employees grow produce and flowers in a high tunnel, small greenhouse attached to the south side of her home, and traditional outdoor ground plots. In 2025, she and others will be constructing another high tunnel as her small business continues to expand.

“It’s going to be a big year for us. We’re expanding into native flowers that are highly adapted to our challenging growing season, we’ll be planting an orchard, and we’re also going to offer u-pick for flowers,” Tibbets notes.

The additional high tunnel will allow her to extend the growing season into early spring and late fall. Additionally, the small greenhouse attached to the home allowed Tibbets to grow tulips in time for Valentine’s Day 2025. They sold out quickly at Meadowlark Market & Kitchen in Lander.

“It’s very nice having Meadowlark in town. It really is providing another venue for smaller producers in Fremont County,” she says.
