Asked where the name of her business comes from, Beverly Inskeep Henke responds proudly, “I really love bees, and am taking online classes on bees and beekeeping at Cornell University. I already have a pollinator friendly yard, and am really looking forward to having some hives.” In the coming years, she hopes to be producing enough honey to share with others.
