PCFCD provides technical assistance to landowners with shrub and tree planting and selecting varieties suitable for the local environment.

Residents can raise fresh produce, and the garden also provides educational opportunities for clients of Big Horn Enterprises.

Powell Research and Extension Center

PREC conducts a variety of research, both in the field and in greenhouses and high tunnels. Among them are studies relating to specialty crops.
