The produce gardens at Coffeen Elementary School includes four raised beds, four terraced gardens, and a 50-ft-long Hügelkultur.

Highland Park Garden

The gardens at Highland Park Elementary School are home to two raised beds shaped like an “H” and a “P” to represent school spirit.

Honey with a Hit

Locally produced honey combined with dried pepper power from PepperKing is available at venues in Dayton, Ranchester, and Sheridan.

Jamie’s Cheese

Homemade artisan cheeses, farm-fresh eggs, and seasonal produce are available at Landon’s Saturday Farmers Market.

Janet’s Kitchen

A variety of homemade jams, baked goods, and in-season produce are offered at Landon’s Saturday Farmers Market.

Unfiltered raw honey is available at Landon’s Saturday Farmers Market and through direct sales.

John C. Schiffer Collaborative School Horticulture and Geodesic Greenhouse

In 2024, a geodesic greenhouse was constructed, and it became operational in 2025. Students sell vegetable starts and native plants each spring.

Kathryn’s Creations

Homemade jams & jellies and handcrafted woven rugs, table runners, and other products are available at craft fairs in Clearmont, Sheridan, and Story.

Kenney Honey

Ardis and Lowell Kenney offer locally produced honey at the Dayton Farmers Market.

KMA Valhalla

Raw honey, creamed honey, and produce are at Landon’s Saturday Farmers Market. Scottish Highland beef and live calves are also available.

Koltiska Pumpkin Patch

Pick your own pumpkins each fall, and fresh produce is also available at the farm. Festivities include hayrides, a farm animal zoo, and refreshments.

Landon’s Greenhouse and Nursery

Flowers, produce starts, trees and shrubs (including fruit varieties), roses, hanging baskets, and gardening and landscaping supplies are available.
