Botny

A variety of fresh microgreens, among them broccoli, Bull’s Blood beet, cilantro, pea shoots, purple radish, salad mix, and sunflower.

Botny is an indoor, climate-controlled farm, and microgreens are available year-round. In 2025, founder and owner Nathan Roma decided to expand Botny’s offerings, so be on the lookout for fresh fruits and vegetables including lettuce, strawberries, tomatoes, and cucumbers, among others.

Nathan was raised in Sheridan and earned a bachelor’s degree in botany and a Master of Business Administration at the University of Wyoming. After graduating in 2023, he returned to Sheridan and started Root to Shoot, which he has renamed Botny.
