In addition to offering a variety of meats (beef, buffalo, lamb, pork, poultry, and seafood), smoked meats, and cheeses, Clark’s Meat House sells two in-house seasonings, Clark’s Seasoning Blend and Wyomin’ Dave’s BBQ Seasoning. The former seasoning was created by the founders of Clark’s Meat House, Grant and Inger Clark, while the latter was created by current co-owner David Haworth.
