Fresh vegetables and fruit, honey, poultry, eggs, and livestock products including pasture-raised pork, grass-fed beef, and yak. Pumpkins grown at the farm are available each fall at Simply Sunshine Nursery in Rock Springs (see listing below). Owners Emily and Steve Forbes also host farm-to-table dining experiences for members of the Forbes Family Local Food Club. Also offered are monthly “Paint and Sip” classes led by local artist Shanna Northcott.
