Seed Libraries of Laramie County

Laramie County residents can obtain, free of charge, a variety of regionally appropriate flower, herb, and vegetable seeds. The seed library is on the third floor of the Laramie County Library, and there are also seed libraries at the Burns and Pine Bluffs branches. Each person may check out up to 12 packets of seeds, and each packet has enough seeds for a small garden. The website includes a link to the SLLC seed catalog, which is updated annually.

Residents are encouraged to make seed donations back to the library, and monetary donations are also accepted to help make the seed library a sustainable project. This is a joint project of the Laramie County Library System and Laramie County Master Gardeners (see listing above).
