Provides workshops and classes based on community interest, such as horticulture and canning; tests pressure cookers; assists the Sheridan County Master Gardeners; helps area landowners, agencies, and others manage weeds and rangelands; offers pesticide testing and training; oversees 4-H club programs; has a community vitality and health program, and manages the Cent$ible Nutrition Program (CNP), teaching individuals and families with limited resources to get the most for their food dollars and health (the CNP program across the state will experience significant changes starting October 1, 2025, as most of the funding was eliminated under the One Big, Beautiful Bill Act).
