Baking with Early American Grains

Workshop: Early American Breads (2 hours)

We will use Wyoming grown grains to make several breads including beaten biscuits, flatbread, and a cornbread while discussing their economic and cultural context and what they tell us about the lives of the women who baked them at home. Space is limited to 10 students. Cost: $15. Pre-registration required: 307-347-4102.
