Lots of veggies from the garden or farmer’s market? Want to learn preservation? We are offering a water bath canning class on pickled vegetables at the Washakie County Extension Office. The class will be hands-on and participants will take home a jar to sample. Cost is $10.  All items needed for the class will be provided. Call 307-347-3431 to register for this class by Oct 8.
