Here are a number of shortcuts you can take in preparing your holiday turkey that are safe and can decrease the time spent in preparation.
Leftover turkey will keep in the refrigerator for four days. If you have more food than you can eat within four days, freeze it. Cooked turkey may be eaten cold or reheated. When you’re ready to eat your leftovers, reheat them to an internal temperature of 165°F.
