Fruit Pizza
This dessert pizza is a fun way to introduce your kids to new fruits and get creative in the kitchen. This recipe uses Vanilla Drop Cookie dough.

Ingredients
- 1 Vanilla Drop Cookie Dough recipe (makes two pizzas)
- 8 ounces low-fat cream cheese (softened)
- 1 Tablespoon sugar or powdered sugar
- 1 Tablespoon nonfat dry milk powder
- 3 cups assorted fruit, sliced (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges, pineapple)
Instructions
- Make 1 batch of Vanilla Drop Cookie Dough using CNP Master Mix. Divide the dough in half. This will make two fruit pizzas.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray two round baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- Using hands, press dough into two 10-inch large round cookies on baking sheets.
- Bake cookies at 375° for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Combine cream cheese, sugar, and nonfat dry milk powder. Spread onto each cooled cookie.
- Wash and slice fruit. Arrange fruit on top.
