Ingredients
 

  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup canola oil
  • cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 ⅓ cups CNP Master Mix
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • Nonstick spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Spray a 9x9-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
  • Beat egg until fluffy. Stir in oil, sugar, vanilla and cocoa.
  • Add CNP Master Mix and blend well. Fold in nuts, if using.
  • Spread batter the baking pan.
  • Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
