Chocolate Pudding

Made with CNP Chocolate Magic Mix, this creamy dessert uses far less sugar than store bought packages or bakery desserts.

Ingredients
 

  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 cups CNP Magic Mix
  • 3 Tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 cups low-fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, combine sugar, CNP Magic Mix, cocoa, and milk. Cook over medium heat until mixture starts to boil.
  • Remove from heat and add vanilla. Beat until smooth.
  • Cover and refrigerate. Serve once completely cold. Store leftovers in refrigerator.

Notes

  • To make pudding quickly add ingredients together in a large, microwave-safe bowl. Cook in the microwave for 1-2 minutes at a time. Stop and stir every 1-2 minutes until thick and creamy.
 
Variations
  • Creamy: Add one egg white, slightly beaten, when adding milk.
  • Fruit Pudding: Try adding your favorite fresh berries.
