Green Power Berry Smoothie
Use frozen fruit for a slushy, green drink packed with important nutrients found in fruit and vegetables.

Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- ½ cup low-fat vanilla or plain yogurt
- ½ cup frozen blueberries (unsweetened)
- ½ cup frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
- 3 cups raw kale or spinach
- 2 teaspoons honey
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend well.
- Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
