Strawberry Fruit Dip
Enjoy fresh fruit slices with this sweet dessert.

Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons low-fat cream cheese
- ½ cup banana chunks, apple wedges, melon slices, etc
Instructions
- Defrost frozen strawberries. If using fresh strawberries, rinse thoroughly and remove the green top. Slice strawberries into pieces.
- Combine strawberries, yogurt, and cream cheese in a blender or mix with a pastry blender or fork until smooth. Or, mash up in a resealable plastic bag. Spoon dip into a bowl.
- Wash and chop fresh fruit.
- Enjoy dip with chopped fruit.
Notes
- Add Nuts: Add chopped almonds or walnuts to dip for crunch.
- Change Fruit: Use pineapple or raspberries in place of strawberries in the dip.
