Waldorf Yogurt Salad
This refreshing salad makes a quick after-school snack or healthy dessert. Try with low-fat vanilla yogurt for a sweeter flavor.

Ingredients
- 2 medium apples
- 2 celery stalks
- ½ cup seedless grapes
- ⅓ cup chopped peanuts or walnuts (optional)
- ½ cup low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt
Instructions
- Wash apples, celery, and grapes. Dice apples, leaving peels on. Dice celery. Cut grapes in half.
- Chop peanuts into small pieces, if using.
- Combine apples, celery, grapes, nuts, and yogurt.
- Toss gently and serve immediately. Serve alone or in pita bread as a sandwich.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator up to one day.
