¼cupsugar
2Tablespoonssugar
1 ¼cupslow-fat milk
½teaspoonvanilla
1cupsliced fruitbananas, berries, peaches, pineapple, etc.
Rock Salt
Crushed ice
2quart-sizefreezer bags
2gallon-sizefreezer bags
Towel
Instructions
Put sugar, milk, vanilla, and fruit into a quart sized freezer bag. Seal tightly and shake to mix the ingredients together.
Place inside another quart sized bag then place inside a gallon bag.
Layer ice and salt around the quart sized bag. Seal the gallon bag and place inside another gallon bag. Seal.
Wrap a towel around the bags to keep your hands from getting too cold. Shake the mixture for 20-25 minutes or until ice cream is at desired consistency.
