½cupCNP Master Mix
2 Tablespoonscanola oil
112-ounce canfat free evaporated milk
2 eggs
115-ounce canpumpkinnot pie filling
3 ½teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
2 ½teaspoonsvanilla
Nonstick spray
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9-inch pie pan with nonstick spray.
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and beat 2 minutes or until smooth.
Slowly pour mixture into the pie pan.
Bake at 350°F for 50-55 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
