These crunchy baked chips make a healthier alternative to sodium heavy packaged potato chips

Ingredients
2large sweet potatoespeeled
2-4teaspooonscanola oilor nonstick spray
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray 2 baking sheets with nonstick spray or coat with oil.
Slice sweet potatoes into 0-thick circles. If slices are thicker, increase the baking time. Try to make the slices the same thickness so they will get done at the same time.
Arrange sweet potatoes on baking sheets so they do not overlap. Brush with oil or spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired.
Bake at 400°F until they begin to brown lightly, about 30 minutes. Check frequently while baking and flip chips over halfway through.
Cool on a rack and serve.

Variation
Change Spices: Instead of salt and pepper, add a sprinkle of cinnamon to the sweet potatoes before baking.
