Bean Dip-in-a-Bag
Kids love smashing their own beans to make this low-fat recipe.

Ingredients

cooked pinto beans
or about 3 ounces canned and drained beans

teaspoon
low-fat plain yogurt

Tablespoon
Homemade Salsa

small resealable plastic bag
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a small resealable plastic bag. Squeeze out excess air and seal.
Mash everything together with your fingers.
Open bag or cut off corner of bag and squeeze out dip.
Enjoy with vegetables, tortilla chips, or whole-wheat crackers.

Variations
Change the Beans: For variety, try black beans or other types of beans.
Make it Spicy: Add chili powder or hot sauce to the bag.
