Cheese Sauce
This recipe uses CNP Magic Mix to make a white sauce that can be turned into cheese sauce by adding and melting cheese. Pour over cooked vegetables, or add breadcrumbs and bake. Using low-fat cheese sauce is a tasty way to eat more vegetable servings.

Cheese Sauce
- 1/2 cup CNP Magic Mix
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup shredded low-fat cheese mozzarella or chedder
Instructions
Cheese Sauce
- In a saucepan combine CNP Magic Mix and water. Stir over medium heat until smooth and thick.
- Add cheese and stir over medium-low heat until cheese is just melted.
