Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups CNP Master Mix
  • ¾ cups sugar
  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder
  • ⅔ cup low-fat milk
  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • Nonstick spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray an 8x8-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
  • In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
  • Pour into the baking pan.
  • Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool completely before frosting.
