Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, jar, or plastic bag. Mix well.
Store in a tightly sealed container. Label and date. Keep in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
Notes
Use to prepare ‘blackened’ meat, fish, game meat, or poultry. Rub seasoning on thawed meat. Let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight. Cook over high heat.
