Ingredients

green onions

low-sodium soy sauce
Instructions
In a skillet or electric skillet, cook green onions in oil until tender. Add egg and cook to a scrambled egg consistency.
Increase heat to high. Add rice and soy sauce. Stir constantly until rice is heated through.

Variations
Add Veggies: In step 2, add 1 1/2 cups of
CNP Vegetable Mix
or a 10-ounce bag of frozen vegetables.
Make it a Main Dish: In step 2, add 1 1/2 cups cooked meat (pork chops, chicken, beef, or shrimp) or tofu and cook until heated through.
