Frozen Yogurt Pops
Make your own popsicle cubes with low-fat yogurt. Try adding your favorite fruit.

Ingredients

large
or 2 small ripe bananas

cups
strawberries
1 ½
cups
low-fat vanilla or fruit yogurt
½
cup
low-fat milk
Instructions
Peel and cut fruit into chunks.
Put fruit, yogurt, and milk into blender and purée.
Ladle purée into two ice cube trays and cover with plastic wrap or wax paper.
Poke small spoons or wooden sticks into each cube. This may work best when the pops are partially frozen.
Freeze until solid.
Notes
Variation
Larger Pops: Use a muffin tin instead of an ice cube tray for the pops.
