celery stalks

carrots
shredded

light mayonnaise

Instructions
Cook macaroni according to package. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Mix together macaroni, celery, carrot, and onion.
In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, pepper, and mustard. Pour over macaroni and mix well. Chill until completely cold.
