zucchinis

Tablespoon
olive oil

black pepper

tomatoes, diced
or 1-15 ounce can diced tomatoes, drained

garlic powder
Instructions
Slice zucchinis lengthwise into ½-inch pieces.
Cook in a skillet or electric skillet with oil and black pepper until zucchinis begin to brown.
Add tomatoes and garlic powder.
Cook
10 minutes
until heated through.
