Gold Rush is Laramie County’s practice Showcase Showdown. In this event, youth will have the opportunity to compete with fellow 4-H members and get an idea for what the upcoming competition will be like!
The contests this year include the following:
- Cake Decorating
- Dog Skill-a-thon
- Food Cook Off
- Hippology
- Horse Quiz Bowl
- Presentations
- Livestock Skill-a-thon
- Livestock Quiz Bowl
- Produce Judging
- Table Setting
Please note that there will be no Robotics Competition this year due to most of our Robotics Project Youth participating in the Western Edge First Lego Robotics competition in Long Beach, California!
Youth are still encouraged to bring their projects to showcase, and there will be Robotics activities available for all ages.
