Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup whole wheat macaroni (uncooked)
- 2-3 celery stalks (chopped)
- 2-3 carrots (shredded)
- 2 Tablespoons onion (chopped)
- 4 Tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1 teaspooon vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon mustard
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Mix together macaroni, celery, carrot, and onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, pepper, and mustard. Pour over macaroni and mix well. Chill until completely cold.
