Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
 

  • 1 ½ cup whole wheat macaroni (uncooked)
  • 2-3 celery stalks (chopped)
  • 2-3 carrots (shredded)
  • 2 Tablespoons onion (chopped)
  • 4 Tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspooon vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Instructions
 

  • Cook macaroni according to package. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • Mix together macaroni, celery, carrot, and onion.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, pepper, and mustard. Pour over macaroni and mix well. Chill until completely cold.
