White Pizza
Change the pepperoni pizza night routine with the dough and toppings of this pizza.

Ingredients
- CNP Bread-in-a-Bag using 1 cup oat flour, 1 cup whole-wheat flour, and 1 cup white flour
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- ⅔ cup CNP Magic Mix
- 1 cup water
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped (1 teaspoon minced or ½ teaspoon powder)
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- 1 16-ounce package frozen yellow squash (or 3 fresh yellow squash)
- 1 16-ounce package frozen bell peppers (or 2 fresh bell peppers [red, yellow, or green])
- 1 ½ cup low-fat mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Prepare CNP Bread-in-a-Bag recipe. Let dough rest 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan over medium heat combine CNP Magic Mix, water, garlic, and cumin. Stir until the sauce is smooth and thick.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- Stretch the dough onto the large pizza pan. Spread sauce on dough.
- Top pizza with cheese and chicken.
- Slice squash into coins. Slice peppers. Place squash and peppers on pizza. Let rise 10-20 minutes.
- Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
