Biscuits
Mixing whole-wheat flour with all-purpose flour makes a fiber-rich, denser biscuit, but the added cottage cheese keeps them moist and flavorful.

Ingredients
- ¾ cup CNP Master Mix
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup whole-wheat flour
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- 3 Tablespoons Water
- 1 teaspoon CNP Italian Seasoning
- Nonstick spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Spray a baking sheet (any size) with nonstick spray.
- Mix CNP Master Mix and flours in a bowl.
- Add cottage cheese, water, and CNP Italian Seasoning. Mix until dry ingredients are moistened.
- Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto baking sheet coated with nonstick spray.
- Bake at 450°F for 8-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Depending on the size of the spoonfuls, this recipe makes 10-12 biscuits.
