Ingredients
 

  • ¾ cup CNP Master Mix
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup whole-wheat flour
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons Water
  • 1 teaspoon CNP Italian Seasoning
  • Nonstick spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • Spray a baking sheet (any size) with nonstick spray.
  • Mix CNP Master Mix and flours in a bowl.
  • Add cottage cheese, water, and CNP Italian Seasoning. Mix until dry ingredients are moistened.
  • Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto baking sheet coated with nonstick spray.
  • Bake at 450°F for 8-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • Depending on the size of the spoonfuls, this recipe makes 10-12 biscuits.
