Ingredients
 

  • 2 cups fresh broccoli (chopped, steamed, and chilled)
  • ¼ cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1-2 Tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise
  • 2-3 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼-½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ avocado (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, combine the all ingredients. Cover and blend until smooth.
  • Refrigerate for several hours
  • Serve with vegetable slices, whole-grain crackers, or tortilla chips.
