Broccomole Dip
Add calcium, potassium, and other nutrients to traditional guacamole.

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh broccoli (chopped, steamed, and chilled)
- ¼ cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1-2 Tablespoons onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise
- 2-3 Tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼-½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ avocado (optional)
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the all ingredients. Cover and blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate for several hours
- Serve with vegetable slices, whole-grain crackers, or tortilla chips.
