Cookie Dough Hummus

It might sound strange but this recipe tastes just like chocolate chip cookie dough and it is safe to eat raw!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 15-ounce can chickpeas
  • 1 Tablespoon reduced fat peanut butter
  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoon raisins
  • ½ cup oats

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients except raisins and oats in blender; blend until smooth and creamy
  • Add raisins and oats. Mix well.
  • Serve with graham crackers.
