Cottage Cheese Vegetable Dip
Cottage Cheese and CNP Herb Ranch Seasoning combine to create a Ranch-like dip with fewer calories and full flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 12-ounce carton low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon CNP Herb Ranch Seasoning (or 1 teaspoon Ranch dressing mix)
- 2 teaspoons low-fat milk (as needed)
- raw vegetables (carrots, celery, cauliflower, radishes, tomatoes, broccoli, green peppers, etc.)
Instructions
- Combine cottage cheese and ranch seasoning. Beat or blend until smooth. Add milk if the dip is too thick.
- Refrigerate dip.
- Wash, peel and slice vegetables into sticks or chips while dip is chilling.
- Serve with sliced vegetables or tortilla chips.
